Side by Side (For Sale)

I am excited to begin selling art on etsy.com! Starting August 1st, I will be selling a few of my original paintings. Here is one of my latest acrylic paintings entitled Side by Side. 12"x 12" Tom Stoppard said it best: "If you carry your childhood with you, you never become older".

Binafa (nfs)

This painting is for one of my dearest friends. Binafa passed away a little over a year ago. I painted over this canvas three times...and made numerous sketches of horses. I even had toy horses out! Something about a horse was hard for me to catch. They have more grace then I think I can capture! Remember the name...if I ever get to writing my fantasy story, Binafa will be the heroines horse!

Little Bonz (nfs)

Our guinea pig was a great addition to our house. This was a painting I did of her while my husband was stationed in Germany in 2005. I shipped it to him so he would have a little bit of home with him. Bonz RIP: 5/28/04 to 1-25-08

Cabbage Patch (nfs)

I couldn't resist doing a painting of my niece who reminds me of a cabbage patch doll. This is a small 12x16 portrait. I was striving for the softness of Bouguereau.
